Welcome to the Official website of the Women’s Championship Tournament (WCT).

The WCT is a world class women's polo event that represents the largest women's polo tournament series in the world. The tournament format includes Qualifier tournaments played across the country and abroad throughout the year, culminating in the annual WCT FINALS.

      The WCT tournament format was created in 2005 by professional player Sunny Hale. Her vision was to showcase the highest level women's polo in the United States as well as the skill level and accomplishments that women in the sport have achieved worldwide.

      New for the 2011-2012 WCT season, to promote the growth of women’s polo competition and provide a start point opportunity for new women to the sport of polo and up and coming collegiate players, is the addition of the WCT Arena series.

       Since its creation in 2005 to today, the WCT has set the standard as the premier women’s polo event in the United States, where the best women polo players in the world come to compete across the country in WCT Qualifiers. With women players representing one of the largest growing sectors of polo today, it comes as no surprise the enthusiasm and following the WCT has attracted worldwide. The WCT website, now showcases some of the best women players in the world in the “Player Profiles” section and has gained a fan base of its own spanning from viewers in over 130 countries and territories. Women’s polo and sports enthusiasts now have a place to learn about these women and their achievements in the sport of polo.
